Scientific research shows that with simple diet and lifestyle changes, we could prevent many chronic health conditions. In our current healthcare system, almost no time is spent discussing daily diet and lifestyle.

 

My approach is holistic and focuses not only on nutrition, but also on lifestyle factors to create optimal health. Eating right, exercise, rest and stress managment, reducing toxic load and preventative self care are all essential in achieving balanced wellness. We have more than one way to feed ourselves and make our lives extraordinary!

 

Instead of prescribing one diet or one way of exercising, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I focus on teaching clients to become self-sufficient and choose health-promoting behaviors that work for them. I don’t have a list of good and bad foods and I couldn’t tell you how many calories are contained in a cup of kale. Rather, I look at how all areas of your life are connected and affecting your health and happiness.
